Michael Lamm co-founded the U.S.-Israel Business Exchange in Washington, D.C. when he was still a college student. This public/private initiative, whose network grew to include more than 3,000 businesses, was established out of the Embassy of Israel to accelerate market entry and facilitate the financing of Israeli technology companies in the Greater Washington, D.C. Region. This early experience confirmed Michael’s desire to acquire the tools and knowledge to dedicate his career to helping business owners and management teams achieve their goals. He hasn’t looked back. Today, he is a founding partner of Corporate Advisory Solutions, a respected and fast-growing independent investment and merchant banking firm that supports a select group of clients out of its Philadelphia office.
Just as Michael co-founded the U.S.-Israel Business Exchange due to a deeply held conviction regarding his client companies, he brings the same level of belief and commitment to his clients at Corporate Advisory Solutions.
From the firm’s earliest days, Michael has directed all efforts towards companies from the global Tech-Enabled Outsourced Business Services sector, with singular focus concentrated on technology and service businesses in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Contact Center and Business Process Outsourcing, as well as Specialty Finance. While this level of specialization is driven by a strong belief regarding the importance of this business sector to the U.S. economy, it has also served to help Michael develop a superior skill set as an M&A advisor to companies in this sector.
Michael, his partner Mark Russell, and their deal team have successfully completed more than 145 transactions since Corporate Advisory Solutions’ founding in 2013. As a Managing Partner, Michael oversees and executes engagements, investment opportunities, compliance/regulatory assessments, strategic consulting, Exit prep, valuation, and expert witness litigation matters, while also charting the firm’s corporate direction and strategic growth plan.
Michael is actively involved in leading industry associations including ACA (Council of Delegates) and Risk Management Association (RMA), and he is an active board member of the Association for Corporate Growth – Philadelphia chapter, the American University Alumni Association, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Michael holds the Series 79, 63, and SIE registrations as a Registered Representative of Finalis Securities LLC, Member FINRA/SIPC. Corporate Advisory Solutions and Finalis Securities LLC are separate, unaffiliated entities. He is also a FINRA arbitrator.
