Corporate Advisory Solutions, LLC (CAS), a boutique investment and merchant banking company that provides merger and acquisition (M&A), capital raising, strategic advisory and related services to outsourced business service companies, is seeking a Junior Analyst/Analyst for our Chevy Chase, Maryland location.
Job Description: This position will be responsible for transaction advisory and administrative support to the rest of the CAS team. Duties will include researching companies and industries, participating in the development of our quarterly newsletter, analyzing financial statements, assisting with valuation analysis, preparing pitch books, and writing executive summaries and information memorandums for M&A engagements. This position offers a tremendous learning experience in a relatively short period of time, opportunities for client interactions, and growth potential within the firm.
Qualifications: Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience either from internships or full-time positions within an analytical, investment banking, management consulting or similar company. Strong communication skills (written and oral), Microsoft Office and time management/organizational development skills are critical.
