In February 2020, Corporate Advisory Solutions (CAS) deal team members presented at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business at a Mergers & Acquisitions (FIN 345) course taught by Professor David Becher. The session was geared towards valuation of Tech-Enabled Outsourced Business Services companies, as well as trends in the M&A market.
CAS is strengthening its relationship with Drexel University, as deal team members Drew Sacher, Mickey Kaiser and Nick Ciabattone are alumni of Drexel’s LeBow College of Business, with Mickey and Nick taking positions as interns during their senior year at Drexel. This is the second year CAS deal team members have spoken at Professor Becher’s Mergers & Acquisitions class. They have also presented at Applied Portfolio Management (FIN 341) about careers in investment banking.
