Corporate Advisory Solutions is a boutique investment bank based in Philadelphia, PA and we specialize in M&A advisory for the Outsourced Business Services (OBS) sector; our core focuses are in Accounts Receivable Management (ARM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). We bring over 40 years of combined M&A transaction and strategic advisory experience to every engagement and have successfully completed more than 100 deals representing more than $2 billion in deal value.


  • Assist in all aspects of the company’s marketing initiatives: website, newsletter, press releases, conferences
  • Data entry
  • Oversee CAS Quarterly Insights Market Report process


  • Majoring in Marketing, Communications or another relevant major
  • Proactive team player
  • Excellent Internet research skills
  • Database and Microsoft Office proficient


  • Proficient in the use of AdobePro, PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and follow direction
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus


  • 15 – 20+ hours a week (option for full time), paid hourly


  • Philadelphia, PA (currently remote)
