In our efforts to help constituents of the Outsourced Business Services (OBS) space address the COVID-19 Crisis, Corporate Advisory Solutions has launched CAS Cares.

As college students are isolated in their homes due to social distancing guidelines, CAS Cares helps them to put this time to productive use by offering real world experience. As Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Research Assistant(s), interns will assist the company as it navigates through the turbulence caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Interns will work directly with the deal support team. They will help prepare market intelligence data, target company research and outreach, data entry, ad-hoc deal support and various other responsibilities.

Interns are working directly with the deal support team. They assist with market intelligence data preparation, target company research and outreach, data entry, ad-hoc deal support and various other responsibilities.

We are happy to welcome these three interns to the CAS team:

 

Spencer Modes is a rising junior at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in New York City, majoring in finance and economics. He is Vice President of his school’s Investment Group. Prior to joining CAS, Spencer was an intern at Maxim Group working on the merchant capital team in the biotechnology sector. When he is not at school Spencer resides in Horsham, PA and is based out of CAS’ Philadelphia office.

Olivia Potter is a Mergers and Acquisitions Research Assistant on the CAS team. She is a rising junior pursuing a BA in Economics at Georgetown University, with minors in Computer Science and Spanish. At Georgetown, Olivia provides defense counsel for students through Georgetown’s Student Advocacy Office. Prior to joining CAS, Olivia studied at the London School of Economics and worked as a legal intern at Gibbons P.C.

Scottie Miller is a senior at Bucknell University majoring in Accounting and Finance.  On campus, he is the President of the Investment Banking Club, a Healthcare Analyst for the Student Managed Investment Fund and a member of Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity. Scottie’s prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at RLS Associates, where he gained exposure to various aspects of the M&A process.  Before joining RLS Associates, Scottie interned with Pettinaro Construction Company, a real-estate development firm based in Wilmington, Delaware. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.
