CAS Advises Complete Recovery Corporation with the Acquisition of Prince Parker & Associates and Waypoint Resource Group

News

March 15, 2022 Philadelphia, PA: Corporate Advisory Solutions (CAS) is pleased to announce its most recent M&A buy-side transaction activity within the tech-enabled Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry – Complete Recovery Corporation (“Complete Recovery”) has acquired both Prince Parker & Associates and Waypoint Resource Group. CAS served as the exclusive buy-side M&A advisor to Complete Recovery. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

A multinational leader in asset recovery and customer retention since 2003, Utah-based Complete Recovery now provides ARM as well. The acquisition of Prince Parker & Associates and Waypoint Resource Group accelerates Complete Recovery’s ambitious service goals.

The combination of Complete Recovery’s experience in the asset recovery and customer retention verticals married well to the accounts receivable management expertise in both healthcare and the telecommunications vertical from Prince Parker.

“When you look at how quickly the home healthcare market is expanding, too many valuable medical devices need to find their way back into the supply chain for the next needy patient,” said Complete Recovery President and Co-Founder Aaron Meier. “Now mixing our expertise in asset recovery with Prince Parker’s understanding of compliance protocols, medical companies have a stronger, much more experienced partner,” Meier said of the company’s acquisition of Prince Parker & Associates.

“I’m excited about the shared services this new synergistic relationship will bring,” said Jeff Parker, Founder of Prince Parker & Associates. “Complete Recovery has pioneered technology and systems that will benefit all of our clients.”

Michael Lamm, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CAS remarked, “These two M&A transactions were a strategic move for Complete Recovery to grow a large scale, tech-enabled ARM division to service its clients. The Complete Recovery team was a pleasure to work with on both transactions. We expect to see many more of these transactions occur in the next 6-12 months. This will be the year of consolidation in the ARM industry.”

Based on CAS’ deep knowledge and expertise in the ARM industry, CAS’ deal team was able to locate these two transactions for Complete Recovery within 45 days of being engaged by them in Q4 2021.

“We’ve been doing this work for 19 years and are excited to add the recovery of unpaid receivables to our quiver of offerings for our amazing clients,” said Merlin Jensen CEO of Complete Recovery of the company’s acquisition of Waypoint Resource Group. “Recovery, whether equipment like a modern or an unpaid bill, requires sensitivity and skill. What many see as a scary task, is instead – when done right – an incredible opportunity for retention and growth.”

“We’re excited to be part of Complete Recovery’s expansion,” said Danen Shiek, Senior Vice President of Waypoint Resource Group. “Since we work with many of their clients already, we’ve seen their personal approach to righting accounts. It’s a perfect match.”

Drew Sacher, Associate at CAS commented, “We are excited by the hand-in-glove fit for Complete Recovery on both transactions. CAS enjoyed working with all parties to the transactions.”

These transactions strengthen CAS’ position as a leading provider of Investment Banking services within the ARM sector and more broadly in the global tech-enabled Outsourced Business Services (OBS) sector.

CAS publishes a quarterly newsletter that highlights deal activity and macroeconomic trends within the OBS sector. CAS will be releasing its 2021 Year End Wrap Up at the end of January. Links to access previous newsletters can be found below:
